Many professional people are too busy to write their memoir, business book or film script. Some very powerful people believe in ghosts. They just don’t admit it in public.

Or maybe they don't need a ghost. Instead, they need a book coach for writing and publishing guidance.

Coaching begins with Discovery—listening and learning more about your project—and is followed by story mapping.  We structure your chapters so that you have defined goals each day you sit down to write. I stay in the process long-term.

Book-to-Screenplay Adaptations give authors another way to share their work. A screenplay can be published and/or promoted for sale to film producers. Expand your media footprint. Some nonfiction books provide excellent material for screen adaptations.

Nonfiction Books & Fiction: Publishing companies have evolved. A traditional contract is not the only way to succeed. Your book must have a clear theme, characters and a specific audience and purpose. I can help.

TV Pilots and Film Scripts: Do you see a movie streaming in your head? I can guide you from sloppy notes to polished screenplay.

Monthly Retainer Benefits:  Finding a writer every time you need content eats up a lot of time. So do contract negotiations. Retainers mean we negotiate once, and ongoing collaborations keep costs consistent and fair.

Many types of content can be created with a retainer agreement.  The goal is to share helpful information that attracts new clients for you while expressing your authority.

White papers promote your products/services. One or two per month for niche targets within your audience help keep your outreach focused. Some WPs are created for B2B marketing.

Expert articles/Case Studies Can build traffic to your website, or attract off-line interests. Some articles may be placed with trade publications within your industry. I use a “soft” sell structure readers find helpful.

When  I write for businesses story is key to increasing public awareness of your products and services.
“As self-publishing gains cachet, more business people are looking at books as effective promotional tools.  The actual writing often is the hardest part. For first-timers, many publishing firms offer research and ghostwriting services."

"Thanks to Douglas Glenn Clark for his writing and publishing consultations. I would have never gotten this far without his constant encouragement telling me my words had value. He saw something in the book before I did."
