"You clearly represent an extraordinarily strong tradition of excellence in your field." —Massachusetts Arts Fellowship Program upon awarding Douglas Glenn Clark a writing grant
My name is Douglas Glenn Clark. I help busy professionals—CEOs, financial advisors, physicians, therapists, business owners, real estate investors and even a lonely and successful farmer—communicate.
“Douglas is an extraordinary writer, whose tremendous talent is evident in his fiction. His gifted storytelling ability brings out emotional ‘nuggets’ that connect readers to the story. He is able to capture what so much of business writing and marketing communication often misses — soul.” — Maria Fotopolous, owner, TurboDog Communications
I've been a writer my entire adult life. Playwright, screenwriter, novelist, journalist, speech writer, blogger, songwriter, and, of course, your ghostwriter and book coach.
During my years as a reporter for the Los Angeles Daily News and the Daily Hampshire Gazette I covered a broad array of topics, including business, art, politics and human interest. Forbes, Business Week and Wall Street Journal have featured my story-based press releases online.
I am the recipient of writing grants from arts councils in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Michigan.
My articles and feature stories for clients of public relations firms led to over 600 publishing events over three years, including: Television Week, Latino Entertainment, Government Security News, Home Theater, Infrastructure Magazine — and many more!
My plays have been produced in New York City, San Diego (at the Globe Theater), and in other regional theaters.
I am a member of Writers Guild of America and have co-created television pilots for NBC and ABC.
I am a member of The Association of Ghostwriters.
